We regularly support clients from nearby cities and across the country. Whether you’re visiting Austin or arranging care in your own city, we bring the full setup to your hotel, rental, private residence, or event space (travel fees may apply). We’re also happy to help you plan a stay in Austin so you have a comfortable space for your session.

Please give us at least a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee ensuring the time we’ve reserved for you is honored. We understand that true emergencies can arise, if that’s the case, please reach out as soon as possible so we can make appropriate changes.

For local mobile sessions within Austin or nearby areas, travel fees are incorporated into session for simplicity. For clients booking sessions out of town or out of state, travel fees are calculated separately based on distance, logistics, and time, and will be included in your quote before confirming your session. This ensures transparency and allows us to provide the same high-quality, full mobile ESO-NETICS experience wherever you are.
